It is best to consume your coffee, pastries and lunch box within 2 hours. What are my meal options if I have food allergies? Please reach out to us HERE, and we will guide you in choosing the meals best suited for your diet. Which payment methods are accepted for Foodbike’s online shop? We accept credit / debit cards and FPX (online banking) for any food delivery, self pick-up, meal subscription, coffee subscription and catering orders made via the Foodbike website. Will I get a written confirmation after making an order online? Yes, you can expect to receive an email confirmation via the email you have used to place your order. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do? Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at email@example.com. When can I expect to receive my order? All orders made by 4.00 pm are shipped the next day (Delivery time: 9.00 am – 11.00 am or 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm, depending on location). Any orders made after 4.00 pm will be processed the next day. Where do you deliver to? All orders made within a 10km radius of the Foodbike head office and retail outlets are accepted. Please ensure delivery access is available to your requested location. Suppose access is unavailable at the agreed delivery slot, our team might have to cancel the order and make a full refund. Can I change my delivery address or delivery date? No, we only provide catering service for a minimum of 20 pax within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Can I subscribe to any Foodbike meal and coffee options? Yes! All of our meal and coffee varieties are available for subscription. You can check it out HERE. Can I cancel my meal subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel your meal subscription any time before your next billing cycle. In addition, you can manage your subscriptions at any time on your account page. How often will I be charged? You will only be charged when you make a meal subscription according to your chosen meal delivery frequency.
