Booking and Full Payment
We require a minimum of two (2) business days to accommodate for our on-site combo meals requirement. Orders for Monday must be confirmed by 10.00 am on Friday to ensure proper arrangements can be made. Full payment must be made upon order and any catering request will not be considered confirmed until the full payment has been made. 

Minimum Spend
We require a minimum order of RM250.00 for delivery within a 5km radius of the Foodbike kitchen. Deliveries outside of our standard delivery zone will be considered, but not guaranteed in which case a minimum spend of RM250.00  must be met while delivery charges will be imposed separately.  Orders below the minimum spend can be picked up directly from our stalls. 

All prices quoted are inclusive of 6% SST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change. 

Delivery and Collection

  • We offer free delivery for orders exceeding RM1000.00 made within 5 km of the Foodbike kitchen. 
  • Delivery is available seven (7) days a week between 7.30am and 6.00pm during weekdays and between 7.30am and 3.00 pm on weekends. 
  • Orders made outside of our delivery area or normal delivery hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • We will assign a two-hour delivery window based on your selected delivery slot. 
  • All deliveries or collection must be arranged and approved by the Foodbike team two days prior.      
  • Any delay in returning equipment, damage or loss caused by the client, client’s guests or venue employees will be charged to the client and invoiced after the event.
  • Please ensure delivery access is available to your requested location. If access is not available at the agreed delivery slot, the Foodbike team will return at a later time with an additional delivery fee, or the delivery may be cancelled at the discretion of Foodbike catering. Full payment of the invoice is still required. 
  • Store  pickup is applicable for all self-collection orders across any Foodbike outlet.     

Weekend Catering
Catering service is available between 7.30am and 3.00 pm on weekends.

Booking Confirmation 

  • Once the client’s full payment has been received, a receipt will be issued by Foodbike  or one of our technology partners such as Yezza or Billplz together with a formal confirmation receipt      which will include your menu,  order  summary and  payment amount based on the number of guests and selections made by the Client.
  • The client’s final menu or any alterations to your catering will need to be confirmed two (2) business days prior to the event via email. Dietary requirements can be catered for if advised in advance. These should be advised upon booking and confirmed two (2) days prior to the event with final numbers. If the final numbers decrease after confirmation has been made, you will be charged at your confirmed numbers.
  • We are not able to offer the refunds or alter the total balance should there be cancellations or no-shows.


Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Foodbike will endeavour to provide suitable adaptations to the Clients menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot, however, take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance (no less than two (2) weeks prior to the event). Please inform any of your guests who have serious food allergies to bring their own allergen free food if they have any concerns. Please check with your booking representative and they will inform the function staff of this arrangement.


  • Should you change your mind on any aspects of the booking (date, number of attendees, etc.) and provide us with notice prior to 12.00pm, two (2) days prior, we will be able to accommodate those changes and a full refund to the client will be made. 
  • Should COVID-19-related restrictions mean that your event is unable to take place, we will refund your deposit without penalty.
  • All orders cancelled 48      hours before the day of catering will be refunded 50% of the order value. 
  • All orders cancelled within 24 hours of the event will be charged the full invoice, including full payment of any arranged equipment or services.
  • Delivery bookings that are cancelled with less than two (2) working days’ notice may incur up to 100% fee, depending on the notice given.

Staff costs
Foodbike staff are available for bookings with a minimum of 100 guests and for a minimum of four hours. Public holiday, weekend and penalty rates apply on respective dates; these will be quoted upon inquiry only. All bookings, including staff, must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.


  1. Local delivery applies to car or bike deliveries within the Klang Valley area only. Local deliveries are made using third party despatch service within a maximum of 30km radius of our Foodbike headquarter or outlets from Monday to Sunday between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm. 
  2. All prices are inclusive of 6% SST. A free delivery minimum amount applies for purchases made within a single receipt for the same date and delivery address (1 address per delivery fee). 
  3. No cancellations are allowed and there will be no refund for cancellations or non-delivery (recipient not available, wrong address etc).
  4. The Foodbike menu is subject to availability upon date of confirmation. 
  5. Order confirmation is by full payment or purchase order received by 12.00pm two (2) days      ahead.
  6. Order confirmation must be made two (2) working days prior to the event. The confirmation of order is upon the receipt of full payment before the event.  
  7. The following will be charged for any cancellation of event after confirmation has been made:
    • All order cancellations 1 week before the event will be given a full refund of 100%.
    • All orders cancelled  48 hours before the event will be refunded 50% of the order value. 
  8. There will be an extra charge of RM0.50/set of utensils if required.  
  9. Foodbike reserves the right to a 10% additional charge of order value if there is no response from clients 15 minutes after the delivery timeframe has passed. If runners are made to wait more than 15 minutes after reaching the drop-off location, the client will be charged  10% extra      for every 15 minutes up to 1 hour. 
  10. Any cancellation made after 12.00 pm,  two days  before the delivery day will be charged  100%  of the order value. 
  11. Foodbike will not be liable for any orders that encounter delivery issues due to wrong address or contact number given by clients. 
  12. The delivery orders are only confirmed when Foodbike acknowledges the complete payment of orders. 
  13. There is a limited amount for each set/package/ mealbox each day. Therefore, each set /package/ mealbox is available on a First Come First Serve basis, and no order is confirmed until a confirmation email has been sent by the  Foodbike official email.
